DROWN MY SORROWS
The darkness of my soul screams in pain
Boy, love me back or I’ll forever be in vain
Say no longer of your sweet nothings
For these controlled feelings will be spilling.
You stole away my breath
And bestowed me a kiss of death
You know you’re my poisonous religion
But why push me to my own devastation?
Slitting my throat with your cold stare
Death overtaking me but I no longer care
Everlasting loneliness mirrors my eye
Of deep sorrow that the devil can cry.
Sweet death, spare me your mercy
Accept my bleeding heart for eternity
Keep me safe in your sanctuary
Free my soul from agony.
Shoot my head, stab my heart
I want these feelings and me to be apart
Better to have a numb empty heart forever
Than filling the depths of my soul with anger.

Made this one during the 2nd semester of 2007, around November I think.
Recovered this from one of my backup discs.
I must have been in real deep pain this time to be able to compose this poem.
